By accessing or using Parker Intel ("the Service"), operated by Advanced Learning Academy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Parker Intel provides cognitive assessments, educational content, research reports, and related digital products. Specific features vary by product and subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Purchases and Payment

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and include applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
• Purchases of one-time assessments are final upon delivery of results.
• Subscription services may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on assessment purchases if you are unsatisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at team@advancedlearning.academy within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, scoring methodologies, research reports, software, and branding on Parker Intel are the exclusive property of Advanced Learning Academy LLC and Timothy E. Parker. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assessment questions, scoring algorithms, and report formats.
• Research publications and investigative reports.
• Trademarks: Real World IQ, Real Bio Age, RELIQ, and all associated marks.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content (including assessments, questions, or reports) without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Share assessment questions or answers publicly.

8. Assessment Results Disclaimer

Assessment results are provided for informational and educational purposes. They are not medical diagnoses, clinical evaluations, or professional advice. Results should not be used as the sole basis for employment, medical, legal, or financial decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for such decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced Learning Academy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Learning Academy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Illinois. Each party bears its own costs. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, discontinue use of the Service.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
