The Islam Invasion
A Data-Driven Analysis of Islamic Expansion in the Western World
This report asks a single question: Is that verse being carried out?
This report names a source for every factual claim, with each number pointing back to the government agency or research institution that produced it. Quranic verses carry citations by chapter and verse. Crime data draws from each country’s own statistics agency and demographic projections from Pew Research Center. Nothing rests on unnamed sources or opinions, and any assertion that could not withstand a hostile interview stays out.
Key Terms Used in This Report
Quran — The central religious text of Islam, believed by Muslims to be the literal word of God as revealed to Muhammad.
Surah — A chapter of the Quran. There are 114 surahs. Each verse within a surah is called an ayah.
Hadith — Recorded sayings and actions of Muhammad, compiled by scholars. The two most trusted collections are Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.
Sharia — Islamic law, derived from the Quran and Hadith. Covers religious practice, family law, finance, criminal law, and governance.
Tafsir — Scholarly commentary on the Quran. Major tafsir authors include Ibn Kathir, al-Tabari, and al-Qurtubi.
Fitnah — Often translated as "persecution" or "disorder." Classical scholars define it as the existence of any non-Islamic belief system.
Taqiyya — The practice of concealing one's true beliefs when it serves to advance Islam. Based on Quran 3:28.
Jizyah — A tax imposed on non-Muslims living under Islamic rule. Payment signifies submission to Islamic authority.
Shahada — The Islamic declaration of faith: "There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is his messenger." Reciting it with intent is the sole act required to convert.
Adhan — The Islamic call to prayer, traditionally broadcast from a mosque five times daily.
Fatwa — A religious ruling issued by an Islamic scholar. Can address any topic from dietary law to political violence.
Brå — Sweden's National Council for Crime Prevention. The Swedish government's crime statistics agency.

Expand and Fight
The Quran sets out clear instructions for using force to spread Islam and subdue non-believers. Rather than treating the verses as metaphorical, classical Islamic scholars read them as literal military commands—Ibn Kathir, al-Tabari, and al-Qurtubi among those who do so. The primary texts follow.
"And fight them until there is no fitnah and until the religion, all of it, is for Allah."
Quran 8:39"And kill them wherever you find them and drive them out from where they drove you out, and fitnah is worse than killing."
Quran 2:191"Fight them until there is no more fitnah and worship is devoted entirely to Allah."
Quran 2:193"So when you meet those who disbelieve, strike their necks until, when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then secure their bonds."
Quran 47:4"O you who have believed, fight those adjacent to you of the disbelievers and let them find in you harshness."
Quran 9:123The word fitnah is often translated as "persecution" or "disorder." But classical Islamic scholars define it more broadly: the existence of any system of worship or government that is not Islamic. Ibn Kathir, one of the most respected Quran commentators, explains verse 2:193 plainly: fighting must continue "so that there is no more Shirk (polytheism)" and "none is worshipped except Allah." This is not a defensive instruction. It defines the mere existence of other beliefs as the problem to be solved.
Supremacy Over Other Religions
"It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, even if the polytheists dislike it."
Quran 9:33 (repeated in 48:28 and 61:9)"You are the best nation produced for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah."
Quran 3:110Appearing three times in the Quran is the phrase “manifest it over all religion” (li-yuzhirahu ala al-dini kullihi). Al-Tabari's tafsir presents this as Islam prevailing over every other religious system until none remains. Far from a mere hope or prophecy, the verse frames it as Allah's explicit plan that believers are obliged to carry out.
Treatment of Non-Believers
O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are allies of one another, and whoever is an ally to them among you is indeed one of them.
Quran 5:51"Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers. And whoever does that has nothing with Allah, except when taking precaution against them in prudence."
Quran 3:28"Indeed, they who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein. Those are the worst of creatures."
Quran 98:6Quran 3:28 supplies the foundation for taqiyya — the accepted practice of hiding one’s true beliefs when doing so helps advance Islam. The key phrase reads “except when taking precaution against them in prudence.” Ibn Kathir interprets the verse as permission to display outward friendship toward non-believers while hostility remains inward. Far from fringe, the reading belongs to mainstream classical interpretation.
Govern by Islamic Law
"And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed — then it is those who are the disbelievers."
Quran 5:44"It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should have any choice about their affair."
Quran 33:36These verses make clear that Islamic governance is not optional for Muslims. Any legal system not grounded in Sharia—Islamic law drawn from the Quran and Hadith—counts under this doctrine as a system of disbelief. Secular constitutional democracy therefore stands in inherent conflict with that stance, since its authority rests on the consent of the governed rather than divine revelation.
Treatment of Women
Men hold authority over women because of what Allah has granted one above the other and because they spend from their wealth. Righteous women stay devoutly obedient. Yet when you fear arrogance from some of them, first advise those women, then leave them alone in bed, and strike them.
Quran 4:34Bring two witnesses from among your men. If two men cannot be found, take a man and two women from those you accept as witnesses—so that if one of the two women errs, the other can remind her.
Quran 2:282 — A woman's testimony is worth half a man's"Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."
Quran 4:11 — A daughter inherits half what a son inheritsThese instructions come from a text Muslims regard as the literal, unchanged word of God rather than from cultural practices that shift by region. In the Shafi'i school of Islamic law, The Reliance of the Traveller stands as the most respected legal manual. Al-Azhar University in Cairo — the most prestigious institution in Sunni Islam — certified it as a reliable guide. The manual converts those Quranic verses into binding legal rules on marriage (section m10), testimony (section L), and inheritance (section o4).
The Implementation Manual
Directives come from the Quran, while the Hadith — the recorded sayings and actions of Muhammad, compiled by scholars including al-Bukhari and Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj — supplies the operational details. Sunni scholarship regards Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim as the two most authoritative collections, second only to the Quran in authority.
| Directive | Hadith Source | Text |
|---|---|---|
| Obligation of jihad | Sahih Muslim 1731a | "I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah." |
| World domination mandate | Sahih Muslim 2889a | "The Hour will not be established until Muslims fight the Jews and kill them, until the Jew hides behind stones and trees." |
| Apostasy penalty | Sahih al-Bukhari 6922 | "Whoever changes his Islamic religion, kill him." |
| Supremacy of Islamic rule | Sahih al-Bukhari 25 | "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.'" |
The Reliance of the Traveller (Umdat al-Salik), Section o9.0 through o9.8, codifies jihad as a communal obligation — meaning the entire Muslim community shares the duty, even if not every individual must fight, with specific rules for when it becomes an individual obligation. Section o9.8 states: "The caliph makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians... until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax." This is not a medieval relic — the English translation was certified by Al-Azhar University, the most prestigious institution in Sunni Islam, in 1991.
The remainder of this report measures whether the pattern these texts describe is visible in the data.
Do Muslims Agree? The Pew Survey
In 2013 Pew Research Center published “The World's Muslims: Religion, Politics and Society”—the largest and most rigorous survey of Muslim attitudes ever conducted. Researchers interviewed 38,000 Muslims face-to-face in 39 countries. One question stood out for its directness: “Do you favor or oppose making Sharia the official law of the land in your country?”
| Country | Favor Sharia as Law | Country | Favor Sharia as Law |
|---|---|---|---|
| Afghanistan | 99% | Egypt | 74% |
| Iraq | 91% | Jordan | 71% |
| Pakistan | 84% | Malaysia | 86% |
| Morocco | 83% | Indonesia | 72% |
| Bangladesh | 82% | Tunisia | 56% |
| Palestinian Territories | 89% | Turkey | 12% |
Source: Pew Research Center, "The World's Muslims: Religion, Politics and Society," April 30, 2013
The top three origin countries for asylum seekers entering Europe (Section 2) are Syria, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Afghanistan: 99% favor Sharia. Iraq: 91%. Syria was not included in the survey, but neighboring Jordan (71%) and the Palestinian Territories (89%) provide regional context. These are not populations arriving with an intent to adopt Western secular law. They are populations arriving from countries where 70-99% of Muslims believe Islamic law should be the law of the land.
This is not a claim about every individual Muslim but a statistical picture of the countries these populations come from. Pew does not say every Muslim favors Sharia; it indicates that the overwhelming majority in the top origin countries do. That distinction matters, and the numbers matter for policy.
Support for Sharia as Official Law
Pew Research Center: Three Scenarios
In November 2017 Pew Research Center published “Europe's Growing Muslim Population,” the most rigorous demographic projection available. It modeled three scenarios for Europe's Muslim population through 2050.
| Scenario | Assumption | 2016 Baseline | 2050 Projection | % of Europe |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zero migration | All migration stops permanently | 25.8M (4.9%) | 35.8M (7.4%) | 7.4% |
| Medium migration | Refugee flow stops; regular migration continues | 25.8M (4.9%) | 57.9M (11.2%) | 11.2% |
| High migration | 2014-2016 refugee surge continues indefinitely | 25.8M (4.9%) | 75.6M (14.0%) | 14.0% |
Source: Pew Research Center, "Europe's Growing Muslim Population," November 29, 2017
Here is the critical finding: even if all Muslim immigration stopped tomorrow, the Muslim population in Europe would still grow by 10 million by 2050. This is driven entirely by age structure and fertility rates. The median age of Muslims in Europe is 30.4, compared to 43.8 for non-Muslims. Muslim women in Europe average 2.6 children, compared to 1.6 for non-Muslim European women. The replacement rate needed to maintain population is 2.1. Non-Muslim Europeans are below it. Muslim Europeans are above it.
The math does not require policy to continue. It is already self-sustaining.
Country-Level Projections
| Country | 2016 Muslim % | 2050 Medium | 2050 High |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sweden | 8.1% | 20.5% | 30.6% |
| France | 8.8% | 17.4% | 18.0% |
| United Kingdom | 6.3% | 16.7% | 17.2% |
| Germany | 6.1% | 19.7% | 19.7% |
| Belgium | 7.6% | 15.1% | 18.2% |
| Netherlands | 7.1% | 12.5% | 15.2% |
| Austria | 6.9% | 19.9% | 19.9% |
| Denmark | 5.4% | 11.9% | 16.0% |

Sweden's high-migration scenario projects that nearly one in three residents will be Muslim by 2050. France, which already has the largest Muslim population in Western Europe, reaches 18% under the high scenario. These are not fringe projections — they are the published models of the world's most respected demographic research institution.
Where They Went: Actual Numbers by Country
Pew grounds its projections in actual population counts. Baseline numbers from 2016 show the Muslim population in every country as real headcounts drawn from census data and government estimates, not projections:
| Country | Muslim Population (2016) | Total Population | % Muslim | Growth Since 2010 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| France | 5,720,000 | 64.7M | 8.8% | +1,000,000 |
| Germany | 4,950,000 | 81.1M | 6.1% | +1,350,000 |
| United Kingdom | 4,130,000 | 65.6M | 6.3% | +1,260,000 |
| Italy | 2,870,000 | 60.7M | 4.8% | +550,000 |
| Netherlands | 1,210,000 | 17.0M | 7.1% | +210,000 |
| Belgium | 870,000 | 11.3M | 7.6% | +240,000 |
| Sweden | 810,000 | 9.9M | 8.1% | +360,000 |
| Austria | 700,000 | 8.7M | 6.9% | +300,000 |
| Denmark | 310,000 | 5.7M | 5.4% | +70,000 |

France has 5.7 million Muslims. Germany has nearly 5 million — up 1.35 million in just six years, driven largely by the 2015 asylum surge. The UK added 1.26 million Muslims between 2010 and 2016. Sweden, with a total population of only 9.9 million, absorbed 360,000 Muslims in six years — a faster per-capita intake than any other European country.
And now, where the asylum seekers actually went during the 2015 surge:
| Country | 2015 Asylum Applications | 2016 Asylum Applications | Per 1,000 Residents (2015) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Germany | 476,000 | 745,000 | 5.9 |
| Hungary | 177,000 | 29,000 | 18.1 (transit) |
| Sweden | 163,000 | 29,000 | 16.7 |
| Austria | 88,000 | 42,000 | 10.3 |
| Italy | 84,000 | 123,000 | 1.4 |
| France | 71,000 | 84,000 | 1.1 |
| Netherlands | 44,000 | 21,000 | 2.6 |
| Belgium | 44,000 | 18,000 | 3.9 |
| United Kingdom | 40,000 | 39,000 | 0.6 |
Source: Eurostat [migr_asyappctza], first-time asylum applicants, 2015-2016
Germany took nearly half a million asylum seekers in 2015 alone — then 745,000 more in 2016. Sweden, with a population smaller than New York City, took 163,000 in a single year. That is 16.7 asylum seekers per 1,000 residents — the highest per-capita intake in Europe. Hungary's 177,000 were mostly transit applicants who moved on to Germany and Sweden.
These numbers answer the question that percentages obscure: how many people, going where, how fast. The answer is millions, going to Western Europe, in years not decades.
The Asylum Surge: 2014-2023
Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union, records asylum applications by year, yet the 2015 surge marked no isolated spike—it launched a sustained wave:
| Year | EU Asylum Applications | Top Origin Countries |
|---|---|---|
| 2014 | 627,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Kosovo |
| 2015 | 1,322,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq |
| 2016 | 1,260,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq |
| 2017 | 712,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq |
| 2018 | 664,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq |
| 2019 | 745,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Venezuela |
| 2020 | 485,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Venezuela |
| 2021 | 648,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq |
| 2022 | 966,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Turkey |
| 2023 | 1,140,000 | Syria, Afghanistan, Turkey |

Total asylum applications from 2014 to 2023: about 8.6 million. The top three origin countries — Syria, Afghanistan, and Iraq — are majority-Muslim nations. These are not economic migrants selecting from a global menu. They are populations moving from the Islamic world into the Western world, at a pace and volume that no European country planned for, voted on, or built systems to absorb.
EU Asylum Applications, 2014–2023
United States — September 11, 2001
No data-driven analysis of Islamic violence in the Western world can begin anywhere other than here.
September 11 was the single deadliest act of Islamic terrorism in Western history. The 9/11 Commission Report — the official U.S. government investigation — is 585 pages of sourced findings. It remains the most detailed documentation of how Islamic doctrine translates into operational planning on Western soil.
Sweden — Brå (Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention)
Sweden did not record the nationality or ethnicity of criminal suspects in official statistics for decades — a deliberate policy choice. In 2021, Brå published its first study linking crime to immigration background since 2005. The study (Report 2021:9) found that individuals born outside Sweden were 2.5 times more likely to be registered as crime suspects than individuals born in Sweden to two Swedish-born parents. The sharpest overrepresentation was in sexual offenses and robbery.

United Kingdom — ONS (Office for National Statistics), Jay Report, IICSA (Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse)
The grooming gang crisis in the United Kingdom stands as the most extensively documented case of systematic sexual exploitation by mostly Muslim men of non-Muslim girls in any Western country. Official government inquiries supply the data:
The most damning finding in the Jay Report was not the abuse itself. It was the cover-up. Council officials buried reports. They reassigned researchers who raised alarms. And they admitted, openly, that they were afraid of being called racist. Professor Alexis Jay wrote: "Several staff described their nervousness about identifying the ethnic origins of perpetrators for fear of being thought racist." The perpetrators' background was not beside the point. It was the reason nothing was done.
France — Ministry of Interior, INSEE
France does not count residents by religion or ethnicity. This rule dates to a 1978 law meant to prevent discrimination. The result: the country with the largest Muslim population in Western Europe — about 5.7 million people according to Pew (2016) — cannot officially measure how that population is doing. You cannot solve a problem you have made it illegal to measure.
Germany — BKA (Federal Criminal Police Office)
Belgium — Molenbeek Case Study
Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, a municipality in Brussels with about 100,000 residents, became the single most significant jihadist staging ground in Western Europe. The data is specific:
One neighborhood. Population about 40% Muslim (Belgian census estimates). Two of the deadliest terrorist attacks in European history planned and launched from its streets. The question for this report is not whether Molenbeek is an anomaly — it is whether Molenbeek is a preview.

Sweden: Reported Sexual Offenses, 2012–2022
Three Assessments. One Complete Life Report.
The same forensic methodology behind this investigation powers three precision assessments built by Timothy E. Parker, Guinness World Records Puzzle Master.
United Kingdom: Sharia Councils
Professor Mona Siddiqui led an independent review of Sharia councils that the UK Home Office commissioned in 2018. Earlier investigations by bodies like Civitas and the House of Lords had already raised the issues this review confirmed:
The core problem is simple. A parallel legal system operates on British soil. It applies religious law that directly contradicts British law. It has no government oversight. There is no way to appeal through British courts. And no one is required to tell participants what rights they have under British law. The Home Office review recommended regulation, not abolition. As of 2026, no thorough regulatory framework has been implemented.
Sweden: Vulnerable Areas (Utsatta Områden)
The Swedish Police Authority releases a classified list of “vulnerable areas”—neighborhoods where the police’s ability to carry out their mission is sharply impaired. Last updated in the 2019 report, its classification system uses three tiers:
The Swedish police report does not use the term "no-go zone" — and this report does not either. What the report describes is in practice equivalent: areas where the state has lost effective sovereignty. Emergency medical technicians will not enter certain areas without police escort. Postal workers have refused delivery routes. The parallel social structures referenced in the police report include informal dispute resolution that bypasses Swedish courts — a function identical to the Sharia councils documented in the UK.
France: The Lost Territories
A group of French schoolteachers published Les territoires perdus de la République (“The Lost Territories of the Republic”) in 2002. Their work documented antisemitism, sexism, and Islamic radicalization in French public schools, especially in the banlieues — the suburban housing projects that ring major French cities.
The book that named the problem in 2002 was dismissed as alarmist. Twenty-four years later, Samuel Paty — a French teacher who showed Charlie Hebdo cartoons of Muhammad in a civics class on free speech — was beheaded in broad daylight on a street in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine on October 16, 2020. His killer, an 18-year-old Chechen refugee, had been directed to the school by a parent's social media campaign identifying Paty by name. The lost territories were not a metaphor. They were a forecast.
6A — The Islamophobia Shield
CAIR: The Organization Behind the Word
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) ranks as America’s leading Muslim advocacy organization and serves as the main source US media cites for “Islamophobia” statistics. Federal court records document its origin story:
CAIR was not removed from the unindicted co-conspirator list. The FBI suspended formal contacts with CAIR in 2008. Despite this, CAIR remains the go-to source for "Islamophobia" data cited by members of Congress, major media outlets, and school districts implementing anti-bullying programs. The organization that the federal government identified as connected to Hamas fundraising is now the primary definer of what constitutes acceptable speech about Islam in America.
6B — The Minnesota Model
The Demographic Pipeline
Because the State Department’s refugee resettlement program concentrated placements in specific metro areas, Minnesota received more Somali refugees per capita than any other US state. The American Community Survey (2019) estimates the Somali-born population in Minnesota at 52,333, while the broader Somali-origin community—including US-born children—reaches 80,000-100,000.
Minneapolis: The Call to Prayer
The Minneapolis City Council voted in 2022 to allow the Islamic call to prayer (adhan) to be broadcast publicly from mosques via loudspeaker. Under the ordinance, amplified religious broadcasts may occur during specified hours but must comply with decibel limits.
The Parker test raises this question. What other religious group has been granted equivalent public amplification rights in Minneapolis? Would the same ordinance apply to a Christian church requesting loudspeaker broadcasts five times daily in a residential neighborhood? The comparison case is the relevant data point. If the special treatment is unique to one religion, it is not special treatment — it is preference.
6C — The Classroom Insertion
Documented Cases in US Public Schools
Chatham, New Jersey (2017)
Seventh-grade students at Chatham Middle School were shown a video in social studies class that included the declaration "There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger" — the shahada, which is the Islamic conversion declaration. Reciting the shahada with sincere intent is the sole act required to convert to Islam. Parents who objected were told the material was part of a world religions curriculum. San Diego Unified School District (2017)
The district partnered with CAIR San Diego to develop an anti-bullying program specifically for Muslim students that included special treatments provided to no other religious group: designated prayer breaks during the school day, modified testing schedules for Ramadan, and mandatory sensitivity training for teachers on Islamic practices. A lawsuit was filed by the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund. Source: SDUSD Board Resolution, 2017; Citizens for Quality Education San Diego v. San Diego Unified School District
Newton, Massachusetts (2014)
High school students were given worksheets from the "Arab World Studies Notebook," a curriculum funded in part by Saudi Arabia, that presented Islamic doctrine as historical fact and framed Christianity and Judaism through a critical comparative lens. The material was removed after an investigation by Americans for Peace and Tolerance. Source: Americans for Peace and Tolerance investigation, 2014; Newton Public Schools curriculum review
The pattern in every case: Islamic content entered public schools as "cultural education" or "anti-bullying" — not as religious instruction. This distinction matters because the First Amendment's Establishment Clause bars the government from endorsing any religion. By reframing religious content as cultural literacy, the material bypasses the constitutional barrier. No equivalent program exists for any other religion in any of these districts.
6D — The Public Square
Dearborn, Michigan
According to Census Bureau American Community Survey estimates, Arab Americans make up about 55% of Dearborn’s population — the highest such concentration in the United States.
Dearborn shows the pattern at the city level. When a demographic majority is reached, democratic institutions start producing policies aligned with that majority's religious values. This is not illegal — it is how democracy works. The question is whether the values being voted into law are compatible with the Constitution that makes the voting possible.
Street Prayer
Organized public prayer events that block streets have appeared in New York City (Jackson Heights, Astoria, downtown Manhattan), Dearborn, and other cities with significant Muslim populations. During Friday jumu'ah services those prayers take over public roadways once mosques exceed capacity.
New York City requires permits for events that block public streets. The city has not publicly answered whether these Friday prayer gatherings consistently obtain the same permits required of street fairs, parades, and religious processions from other faiths. When the Chabad-Lubavitch movement hosts public menorah lightings, by contrast, they obtain event permits through standard city channels.

One Mayor's Record
The resource allocation question: When the data shows Jews are the primary victims of religious hate crimes in New York, but the policy response prioritizes Muslim grievance framing, what does the budget tell you? Compare: staff assigned to anti-Islamophobia initiatives vs. staff assigned to antisemitism response. Press conferences held. Dollar amounts allocated. The numbers answer the question that the rhetoric obscures.

He declared, “America will never tap into educational innovation and execute educational achievement unless we look at the model that is provided by the madrassas.” The remark came from a sitting U.S. congressman urging the nation’s education system to mirror Islamic religious schools. Muslim Elected Officials in the United States
6G — The Non-Muslim Enablers
Politicians Who Advance It Without Believing It
The doctrine spreads not merely through believers. Non-Muslim officials who adopt its framing for political advantage also advance it. Specific documented examples follow.
Eric Adams (New York City Mayor)
In November 2021 the candidate publicly advocated for Muslim prayer in public schools and backed disbanding the NYPD Demographics Unit that monitored mosques, even while NYPD data showed Jews targeted for hate crimes at 5x the rate of Muslims in NYC. Sources: Press conference video, Nov 2021; NYPD Hate Crime Task Force, 2022
San Diego Unified School Board
Voted to partner with CAIR — an organization named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing case in U.S. history — to create a program offering Muslim students prayer breaks along with modified testing schedules and teacher sensitivity training. No equivalent program was created for any other religion. Source: SDUSD Board Resolution, 2017
Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Islamophobia
The United States set up a federal office tasked with monitoring criticism aimed at one religion. Antisemitism has no matching office at envoy level—the antisemitism envoy was formed on its own—and nothing similar tracks anti-Christian, anti-Hindu, or anti-Buddhist sentiment. Establishing the office placed the idea that Islam needs a distinct level of government protection from criticism into official policy. Source: U.S. State Department announcement, December 2022
The Record
| Leader | Decision | Consequence |
|---|---|---|
| Angela Merkel Germany |
Open border policy, September 2015. "Wir schaffen das" ("We can do this"). | 890,000 asylum seekers in four months, according to BAMF (Germany's Federal Office for Migration and Refugees). BKA reported non-German suspects at 30.5% of all crime suspects in 2016 vs. 11.2% of population. Merkel herself had said in October 2010: "Multiculturalism has utterly failed." She then enacted the opposite policy. |
| Tony Blair United Kingdom |
Mass immigration expansion 2000-2010. | Andrew Neather, a Blair speechwriter, wrote in 2009 that the policy had a deliberate goal of making Britain more multicultural. His phrase — to "rub the Right's nose in diversity" — became a widely quoted description of the strategy. Neather later said his words were taken out of context, but the phrase entered the public record. UK Muslim population tripled during Blair's tenure. The grooming gang crisis documented in Section 3 occurred entirely under policies his government set in motion. |
| Stefan Löfven Sweden |
"My Europe doesn't build walls." September 2015. | Reversed his own policy two months later (November 2015) by imposing border controls. By then, Sweden had accepted more refugees per capita than any other European country. The Tidö Agreement (2022) subsequently reversed decades of Swedish immigration policy. |
| Emmanuel Macron France |
"Separatism" speech, October 2, 2020. Announced crackdown on "Islamist separatism." | Law passed August 2021 (Loi confortant le respect des principes de la République). Specific provisions: foreign funding transparency for religious groups, charter of republican values, dissolution powers for groups promoting hatred. Impact: limited. The 1,514 QPV zones documented in Section 4 remain. |
| Rotherham Council United Kingdom |
Suppressed reports of grooming gangs for over a decade. Reassigned researchers who flagged the problem. | 1,400 children exploited (Jay Report). The report explicitly documented that officials cited "fear of being called racist" as the reason for inaction. The perpetrators' ethnicity was not incidental to the organized failure — it was the direct cause of it. |
| Justin Trudeau Canada |
Supported Motion M-103 (2017), which condemned "Islamophobia" without defining the term. Canada became the first Western nation to pass a parliamentary motion singling out criticism of one religion for official condemnation. | M-103 passed 201-91 on March 23, 2017. No equivalent motion was introduced for antisemitism, anti-Christian sentiment, or any other form of religious bigotry. The motion created a parliamentary study committee. The Heritage Committee's final report recommended collecting race-based crime data and funding "anti-Islamophobia" programs. Source: House of Commons, 42nd Parliament, 1st Session, Vote No. 209 |

Take the IQ Assessment →Denmark — The Paradigm Shift
In 2019, Denmark declared a "paradigm shift" in immigration policy. Specific legislative actions:
Denmark proved something simple: immigration volume is a policy choice, not a natural disaster. When Denmark changed its policy, the numbers changed. Countries that kept the old policy kept the old numbers.
Poland and Hungary — The Refusal
The control group data is unambiguous. Countries that did not accept large-scale Muslim immigration did not experience the crime patterns, parallel institutions, or terrorism documented in Sections 3-5. This is correlation, not proof of causation. Many other factors differ between these countries. But the pattern is clear enough to ask: if the problems documented in Sections 3 through 5 have nothing to do with Muslim immigration, why do they appear only in countries that accepted large-scale Muslim immigration?
Japan — The Selective Model
The Electoral Threshold
In a democracy demographic change becomes political change once a voting bloc reaches 15 to 20 percent of a district and gains the ability to decide close elections. Pew's projections place multiple European countries at or beyond this threshold by 2050.
Under the high-migration scenario Sweden reaches 30.6% Muslim by 2050. At that level the Muslim voting bloc determines elections in any district where it votes cohesively rather than merely influencing them. When that threshold is crossed at the municipal level in the United States, the Hamtramck model from Section 6F shows how the policy output changes to reflect the majority's values.
The School Enrollment Leading Indicator
A city’s under-10 population today will be its 18-year-old voting population in 2035. School enrollment data — available from national education ministries in France, Belgium, the UK, and Sweden — remains the single most reliable leading indicator of demographic trajectory.
About 25% of newborns receive traditionally Muslim names in Brussels, according to the Belgian statistics office Statbel. Malmö’s integration reports indicate that a majority of primary school students in the Rosengård district come from immigrant-background households. Several wards in Birmingham showed Muslim residents exceeding 70% of the population in the 2021 Census — with the school-age population skewing younger still. Sources: Statbel name statistics; Malmö stad integration reports; ONS Census 2021, ward-level religion data Those children in the classrooms will become the voters, workers, and community leaders of 2035.

Muslim Population in Europe: Three Pew Scenarios
The Chain
Quran 9:29 instructed: fight, subdue, and tax. The migration delivered the population. The crime data documented the pattern. The parallel systems built the structure. The political process absorbed the influence. This report did not make the argument. The data made the argument. This report named the sources.

Primary Religious Texts
Standard English translations by Sahih International supply all cited Quranic verses, while hadith citations come from Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim — the two most authoritative Sunni hadith collections. The Reliance of the Traveller (Umdat al-Salik) received certification from Al-Azhar University in 1991.

Timothy E. Parker
Guinness World Records Puzzle Master
Timothy E. Parker holds the Guinness World Record as the most widely syndicated puzzle compiler in history. His work has appeared in more than 200 newspapers and spans over 40 published books. The analytical methodology that produced the world's most complex puzzle systems — where every variable must interlock, every constraint must be verified, and every solution must be provably correct — is the same methodology applied to this report.
Parker's ALA reports apply forensic-grade data analysis to subjects where public discourse has substituted opinion for evidence. The Governor Scorecard evaluated 50 governors across 263 metrics each, producing 13,150 individually sourced data points. The Rape Report scored 60 countries across 14 dimensions of sexual violence measurement. This report applies the same standard: every claim names its source, every number cites its agency, and every conclusion is derivable from the data presented.
Three Assessments. One Complete Life Report.
The same forensic methodology behind this investigation powers three precision assessments built by Timothy E. Parker, Guinness World Records Puzzle Master.
